Police Operation Underway In Coleraine

Police are currently carrying out an operation on New Market Street, Coleraine. Multiple officers and police vehicles are present in the area.
It is understood locally that adult services have been offered from the premises and advertised on escort websites over the past few months.

Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Organised Crime Branch conducted a search of a premises in Coleraine today, Tuesday 28th January.
Detective Inspector Pyper said: “The search took place at a property in the New Market Street area, as part of an ongoing investigation into suspected criminality linked to North Antrim UDA. Our enquiries remain ongoing and I would encourage anyone with information which could assist to call us on 101.
