A planning application has been submitted to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council for 6 Captain Street Lower, Coleraine.
The proposal includes converting the rear of the existing café into a ground-floor apartment and changing the two-storey flat above into a six-room House of Multiple Occupation (HMO).
