A planning application has been submitted to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council seeking permission for a change of use from a dwelling to a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) at 25 Nursery Avenue, Ballymoney.
The proposed development, submitted by applicant T. Burns, would see the property converted into a six-bedroom HMO.
The application is now under consideration by the Council’s planning department.
