Former Coleraine Lidl Store Goes On Market For £1.2m

A site formally occupied by Lidl in Coleraine has been placed on the market with an asking price of £1.2 million.

The move comes shortly after the German retailer opened a new 27,000 sq ft branch at Riverside Retail Park – its largest store in Northern Ireland to date – in a relocation project worth an estimated £9 million.

The property is being marketed by Lambert Smith Hampton. According to the listing, the premises extend to 18,270 sq ft and comes with 110 car parking spaces and servicing facilities on a total site spanning approximately 1.6 acres.

The listing reads "Previously used as a supermarket, the building is said to be ready for immediate occupation and could be adapted for alternative purposes, subject to planning consent. It currently benefits from both Bulky Goods and B4 (Storage & Distribution) planning permissions, with an EPC rating of C-59."
