Council Approves £45,974 Plant Purchase For 2025 Season

Members of the Environmental Services Committee have agreed to approve the annual purchase of plants for the Council estate for the 2025 season, at a cost of £45,974.
During the meeting, the Director of Environmental Services confirmed that the cost remains in line with last year’s expenditure.
The proposal was put forward by Councillor Huggins and seconded by Alderman S McKillop.
The decision is due to be ratified at full council on Tuesday, 4th February 2025.
