Applicant Seeks Planning Approval For Dental Practice Conversion

A planning application has been submitted to Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council proposing converting a first-floor former dental practice into two one-bedroom apartments in Coleraine.
The property, located at 65 Millburn Road, previously operated as a dental surgery. Under the new proposal, the two planned apartments would include a single bedroom.
The application is expected to be reviewed by planners in the coming weeks.
